What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through the contact form: your name, work email, company, and any details you include in your message.

This site uses no cookies. There are no advertising trackers, analytics, or profiling tools. Fonts are self-hosted and icons are inline, so loading a page sends no requests to third-party CDNs.

Purpose & legal basis

We use contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, on the legal bases of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request, or for the duration of any subsequent business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Third parties & hosting

This website is hosted on Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH), on servers located in the European Union.

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-to-email relay service acting as a data processor on our behalf. It is used solely to transmit your enquiry and for no other purpose.

No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
